Returns
We understand you may want to change your mind and that's ok, So French So Chic will accept goods subject to the following conditions:
Exchange or credit note is offered for change of mind, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind.
For online purchases, you have 14 days to return your purchase, this must be accompanied by a receipt of bank statement.
For online purchases, you have 7 days to make contact with us via email info@sofrenchsochic.com.au this must be accompanied by a receipt or bank statement.
Online purchases can be returned to So French So Chic at your cost before an exchange is offered or credit note is issued.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
Refunds
In the case of faulty products you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
For damaged/faulty products purchased online, please advise us within 2 working days of receiving your delivery via email info@sofrenchsochic.com.au accompanied with a photo of the damaged/faulty item, claims outside of this initial 2 day period will be assessed on an individual basis.
We recommend that you use registered post or trackable courier when returning the item as we cannot accept responsibility of items lost in transit. Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
